The spring of 2020 saw higher education professionals across the country racing to transform their courses from face-to-face instruction into online learning environments. Many of these formats were unfamiliar for both students and instructors. As a result, the effort to adjust to this new era of learning has highlighted the need for more support and services institution-wide.
