LearnLaunch: Competing in Edtech and Higher Ed Startups

On Tuesday November 1, Cengage teamed up with LearnLaunch, an organization dedicated to connecting, supporting and growing the world’s edtech ecosystem, to host a fast-paced startup pitch competition in our Boston office. Seven of the area’s most innovative higher education startups pitched their companies in front of a panel of industry experts from Boston University, Cengage and LearnLaunch, as well as a live audience. Beating out hundreds of other Boston companies, Cengage Learning was named to BostInno’s 2016 Tech Madness Bracket. Thanks to you, we have officially made it to the competition’s Final Four! BostInno, an online news site that highlights innovation along with technology and education in the city of Boston, is hosting the month-long bracket‐style competition among 64 top technology companies.
