The collaborations and partnerships that have grown as a result of merging two courses frequently separated have been energizing and fruitful. Developmental Reading and Writing instructors are learning more about their counterparts in literacy, sharing complementary strategies, and creating new curriculum that prepares students to do the integrated assignments required in most college courses. This webinar will describe promising practices in IRW courses and will highlight excellent examples of strategies and activities.
